1% of all AlignedHR revenue is donated to the Ottawa Cancer Foundation. 

Cancer has deeply affected many of my loved

ones, making this support for research, prevention, and patient care both personal and purposeful. 

I also intend to participate in the Run for the Cure fundraiser each year to raise additional awareness and contributions.

 I am passionate about elevating the HR community and helping leaders navigate growth, transformation, and organizational complexity.
